1. Objectives & 2. Target audience
The learning objectives and the audience are detailed in the syllabus of each standard program, and adapted case by case for à la carte compositions. Generic audience: non-technical profiles in companies (managers, support functions, operations).
3. Prerequisites
No technical prerequisites. Everyday use of an office suite. Specific prerequisites are stated on each syllabus.
4. Duration
From 16 h to 24 h depending on the standard program. À la carte composition: about 4 h per module. Adjustable schedule.
5. Pricing
In-house, starting from 6,750 € excl. VAT per session (up to 12 trainees), depending on duration and programme. Inter-company, 900 € excl. VAT per trainee per day as an indication (some programmes are priced as a flat fee per learner). Each course page states its own price. Custom quote depending on adaptations.

8. Methods used
Inductive approach (60 % hands-on workshops): interactive talks, live demonstrations, pair programming with AI, paired work on real anonymized data, group debriefs. Application periods between sessions.
9. Assessment methods
Before: self-assessment + needs gathering.
During: continuous formative assessment + criteria grid per module.
After: immediate evaluation, certificate of completion, follow-up
at day 30.
10. Disability accessibility
Our programs are accessible to people with disabilities. A preliminary interview with our disability lead, Angélique Bensalah (a.bensalah@way-up.io), helps identify the necessary adaptations. Failing that, we refer you to a qualified partner.
