Quality certification
La certification qualité a été délivrée au titre de la catégorie d'action suivante : ACTIONS DE FORMATION.
The statement above is the official French wording required by the Qualiopi trademark usage rules, and is therefore reproduced untranslated. It means that Way-Up holds the French national quality certification for the category « training actions ».
This certification, provided for by article L. 6316-1 of the French Labour Code, attests compliance with the National Quality Standard (decree no. 2019-565 of 6 June 2019). It was issued to WAY-UP by CAPCERT, a certification body accredited by Cofrac under no. 5-0638 (scope available at cofrac.fr).

The certification can be verified publicly on the register of Qualiopi-certified training providers. The certificate remains valid subject to a surveillance audit carried out between the 14th and the 22nd month following the certification date.

3. Intellectual property
All the site's content (texts, images, logos, training materials, presentations, source code) is the exclusive property of WAY-UP or its partners, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
The teaching materials distributed free of charge in the content library may be consulted freely for personal or educational purposes, provided the source is cited.
4. Privacy policy & GDPR
4.1 Data controller
The controller of the data collected via this site is WAY-UP, reachable at contact@way-up.io.
4.2 Data collected and purposes
- Contact / registration form: name, email, company, phone, stated needs. Purpose: respond to your request, plan the training, draw up quotes and agreements.
- Registration for a program: identity data, professional contact details, information relating to any adaptations (disability). Purpose: administrative and pedagogical management of the training.
4.3 Legal bases
- Performance of pre-contractual measures or of the training contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Legal obligations (invoicing, regulatory traceability, art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Legitimate interest in responding to your requests (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4.4 Retention period
- Prospects (forms not converted): 3 years from the last contact.
- Trainees (pedagogical and administrative files): 5 years minimum (regulatory requirement), 10 years for accounting documents.
4.5 Recipients
The data is strictly reserved for authorized WAY-UP staff. No data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Certain processors (host, CRM management tool such as Digiforma) may access it within the strict scope of their assignment.
4.6 Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. To exercise these rights, write to contact@way-up.io. In the event of a dispute, you may refer the matter to the CNIL.
5. Cookies
The site does not use advertising tracking cookies. Only local storage
(localStorage) is used to remember your display preferences
(light/dark theme). No personal data is transmitted to third parties via this
mechanism.
6. Terms of sale, training programs
6.1 Purpose
These terms of sale govern the relationship between WAY-UP, a professional training provider, and its clients (companies, schools, individuals) for any training program ordered.
6.2 Registration & agreement
Every registration is confirmed by signing a training agreement (professional clients) or a training contract (individuals). The program starts at least 15 business days after signing, allowing time to carry out the needs gathering and the individualization of the journey.
6.3 Pricing
Prices are stated in euros excluding taxes. They are specified on the named quote drawn up for each session. Any additional service (custom adaptation, travel) is subject to an amendment.
6.4 Payment terms
Unless otherwise stated in the quote: 30 % on order, balance at the end of the training, within 30 days end of month by bank transfer. In the event of late payment, late penalties at the legal rate and the fixed recovery cost indemnity of 40 € are due automatically.
6.5 Cancellation & postponement
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the start: no charge.
- Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 30 % of the amount incl. VAT retained.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before or absence: 100 % of the amount incl. VAT due.
In the event of duly recognized force majeure, the training is postponed at no charge.
6.6 Provider's obligations
WAY-UP undertakes to deploy all the pedagogical, human and technical resources necessary for the proper delivery of the training, to issue a certificate of completion to each trainee, and to comply with the announced program and duration.
6.7 Client's obligations
The client undertakes to provide the information needed for the needs gathering, to ensure the trainees' attendance, and to pay the amounts due within the agreed deadlines.
6.8 Intellectual property of materials
The teaching materials remain the property of WAY-UP. They are made available to trainees for strictly personal and internal professional use. Any commercial distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
6.9 Confidentiality
Each party undertakes not to disclose the confidential information of which it may become aware in the course of performing the contract.
7. Complaints, disputes & mediation
Any complaint may be sent to Angélique Bensalah, a.bensalah@way-up.io. An acknowledgement is sent within 5 business days and a response is provided within 15 business days. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the consumer mediator for individuals, or before the competent courts of Paris for professionals.
